This Black History Month panel and workshop event, held in collaboration with the Reginald F. Lewis Museum and project partners, successfully brought together 185 attendees to build early awareness and community support for the future Black Sox Memorial.

This project will create a public memorial honoring the legacy of the Baltimore Black Sox historic Negro Leagues baseball team. The sculpture will be located in the future Westport & Smith Cove Waterfront Park as part of the broader Reimagine Middle Branch initiative.
